COOKIE POLICY OF THE EASTHUNTERS.COM WEB SERVICE

This Policy specifies the terms and conditions for storage and access to the information on the equipment of the User using Cookie files, used for implementation of the services rendered by electronic means required by the User, by HPP Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (85-052) at ul. Cieszkowskiego 22 lok 1.
The Web Service does not collect any information automatically, except for the data contained in cookie files via session and permanent cookies.

1.    Definitions:
1.    Administrator - means HPP Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in (85-052) at ul. Cieszkowskiego 22 lok.1 entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Economic Division under KRS no. 0000815802, NIP: 967-143-17-20, REGON: 384930744, which renders services by electronic means and stores and obtains access to the information on the equipment of the User.
2.    Cookies - mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the equipment through which the User uses websites of the Web Service
3.    Own Cookies - mean Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to rendering of services by electronic means by the Administrator via the Web Service.
4.    External Cookies - mean Cookies placed by the any partners of the Administrator, via the website of the Web Service.
5.    Web Service – means a website or application, under which the Administrator runs an online shop, operating within the domain www. easthunters.com.
6.     Equipment - means electronic device through which the User obtains access to the Web Service.
7.    User – means an entity, in favour of which services may be provided by electronic means in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with which Contract for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

2.    Types of Cookies used:
1.    The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Equipment of the User. In particular, it is not possible for any viruses or any unwanted software or malware to get to the Equipment of the User in this manner. Such files enable to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Web Service to each User individually. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain that they come from, their storage period on the Equipment and the assigned value.
2.    The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
  • Session Cookies: they are stored on the Equipment of the User and remain there until the moment of completion of the session of the given browser. Then the saved information is permanently deleted from the memory of the Equipment. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or confidential information from the Equipment of the User.
  • Permanent Cookies: they are stored on the Equipment of the User and remain there until the moment of being deleted. Termination of a browser session or switching off he Equipment does not result in their deletion from the Equipment of the User. The permanent cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or confidential information from the Equipment of the User.
3.    The User may restrict or deactivate access of cookies to his Equipment. In the event of use of this option using the Web Service will be possible, except for the functions, which require cookies due to their nature.

3.    The Service Administrator uses his Own Cookies for the following purposes:
1.    Configuration of the Web Service
  • adjusting the content of the Web Service websites to User preferences and optimisation of use of the Web Service websites;
  • recognition of the Equipment of the User of the Web Service and its location and proper display of the content of the website, adjusted to his individual needs;
  • memorising the setting chosen by the User and User interface personalisation, e.g. in the scope of selected language or region that the User comes from;
  • memorising the history of the websites visited on the Web Service for the purpose of recommending their content;
  • limitation of the number of notifications (about any updates of the Regulations, using cookies);
  • font size, display mode etc.
2.    User authentication on the Web Service and providing the User with session on the Web Service
  • maintenance of the User session on the Web Service (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his login and password on each Web Service  web subpage;
  • correct configuration of the selected Web Service functions, particularly enabling verification of the browser session authenticity;
  • optimisation and improvement of efficiency of services rendered by the Administrator.
3.    Implementation of processes necessary for complete functionality of the websites
  • adjusting the content of the Web Service websites to User preferences and optimisation of use of the Web Service websites. These files especially enable to recognise the basic parameters of the Equipment of the User and properly display the content of the website, adjusted to his individual needs;
  • correct operation of a partner program, particularly enabling verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Web Service websites.
4.    Memorisation of User location
  • correct configuration of the selected Web Service functions, particularly enabling adjustment of the provided information to the User, making allowance for his location.
5.    Analyses and tests, as well as viewing rate audits
  • creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Users of the Web Service use the websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content.
6.     Provision of advertising services
  • adjusting the advertisements of third party products and services presented via the Web Service;
7.    Assurance of safety and reliability of the Web Service.

4.    The Service Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
1.  To present multimedia content on the Web Service websites that are or can be downloaded form an external Internet Service youtube.com [cookies administrator: Google Inc with its registered office in the USA]
2.  To collect general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics tools [cookies administrator: Google Inc with its registered office in the USA]
3.  To use the interactive functions to promote the Web Service using social networking services:

  • plus.google.com [cookies administrator: Google Inc with its registered office in the USA]
  • Facebook.com [cookies administrator: Facebook Inc with its registered office in the or Facebook Ireland with its registered office in Ireland]

5.    The possibility of specifying the terms and conditions for storage or access by Cookies:
  1. It should be noted that most web browsers are set be default to accept saving the files (cookies) on the terminal equipment.
  2. The User may change the setting for Cookies independently and at any time, specifying the terms and conditions for their storage and obtaining access by Cookies to the Equipment of the User. The User may make changes of setting, mentioned in the preceding sentence by means of web browser settings or service configuration. Such settings may be especially changed in such a way, so as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about each placement of Cookies on the Equipment of the User. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling cookie files are available in the setting of the software (web browser).
  3. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available on the web browser that he uses.
  4. The Service Provider informs that the changes of setting on the User web browser may restrict access to certain functions of the Web Service websites.
6.    The files (cookies) used by the Web Service (placed on the terminal equipment of the User) may be made available to the Web Service partners and cooperating advertisers.
